Refund policy
All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of your package being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer, and should be mailed to the return address found on your shipping label. Items must be returned in the same condition, and Crystal Child is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Crystal Child is also not responsible for items damaged during transit. All packages include a $100 insurance coverage. If extra coverage is desired, it is available and we will be happy to add this to your listing. Please note that this must be requested prior to placing your order as we will need to adjust your shipping rate.
