Shipping policy

Orders placed directly through our website are shipped as fast as possible. As a small business we work very hard to ensure that your items reach you swiftly, but also safely. That being said, you can expect your order to be shipped within 5 business days, all though a vast majority of the time your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

We offer an open box option to combine orders to save on shipping costs. When checking out if you decide you would like to keep your box open, use discount code OPENBOX at checkout to postpone shipping and remove shipping costs. Please note this is NOT free shipping, this is to be utilized ONLY for those who wish to hold off on shipping until a later date.

Tracking will be provided for all orders. Please be sure to provide a correct email address when checking out, as our automated system will deliver you updates on your order status via email. We also offer SMS updates through your mobile carrier messaging to update your order if you so choose with your cell phone number upon checkout.
